Southern Temp Control is an LLC, currently 100% owned and operated by its founder and president, Rob Wolff.
Rob, who has been in the industry for over 20 years, conceived the idea of the company in the fall of 2012. Over the years, he has had the duties of installing, servicing, and sales of heating and air conditioning equipment. His goal is to give the customer an experience in dealing with a service company like they have never had before. We feel that what sets our company apart from the rest is the knowledge we want to pass on to our customers. Hello, my name is Rob Wolff, owner and operator of Southern Temp Control. I have lived and worked in several places throughout my career. I am very fortunate to have settled in Wimberley, a small town with a lot of polite, caring, and loving people. Having lived in and serviced Wimberley area residents now for many years has allowed me to get to know some of the best customers I have ever had. My experience consists of over 20 years in the industry, specializing in residential service and replacement systems. I consider myself an honest, hard-working, and hands-on individual that strives for your satisfaction, guaranteed.

Lauren Masteller
The first voice customers hear when calling into STC, Lauren is Rob’s eldest daughter, helping to carry on the family business. She is an extremely dedicated and hard worker who grew up watching Rob work 12 hour days, summer after summer. She has gone on service calls and has experience in dispatching/office work from previous HVAC companies. Lauren is no stranger to the business and is a believer in “Service Like No Other.”

One of the faces customers will come to know and love in the field, Rob was fortunate enough to train John right out of ACC in 2015. From the start, he displayed excellent technical ability and has advanced well over the last eight years. He has a good work ethic, is honest, and is always ready and willing to grow and learn. John has a great personality that coworkers, fellow technicians, and customers love.
